Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office in Fargo, ND intends to publish a Request for quote (RFQ) for a vendor to provide the Des Moines VA Health Care System's supply of whole blood and blood components. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621991. The solicitation will be issued on a full and open basis and will be issued on or about August 15th, 2014. This proposed contract will be a firm fix-priced IDIQ with a base year plus four 1-year options.
