- Summary of Work: This project is located in Malta Montana and contains two pay items: Updated Grounding System (R56 Compliant) and Carbon Monoxide Ventilation System for a Steel Warehouse. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. ALL questions concerning this project are to be EMAILED to csweeney@blm.gov at least seven (7) days prior to the close date. Callers will be asked to submit questions via email. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment protection is required for construction contracts awarded over $30,000. PLEASE NOTE: the awardee will be required to obtain payment protection within seven (7) days of Notice of Award. This is a Small Business Set-aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. An active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) is required by the solicitation close date to be considered for award. Registration in sam.gov is free.
