The new railing components must match the color of the existing rail and post assembly currently onsite. PROJECT LOCATION The project is within the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, located approximately 45 minutes northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada. Mahogany Grove Campground is located off State Route 158, about 4 miles north of the Kyle Canyon Road (State Route 157) intersection.
