- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in cobination with Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide various Supplies and Non-Disposable Items (SANDI) that are generic and commercially available as catalog items and, on a limited exception, some products that are available under specific brand names. These items are laboratory type products such as equipment and reagents that are used in support of medical research projects being performed by, but not limited to, clients within the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) organization and whereas the primary client is typically the Naval Health Research Center.
