- Request for Quote# N40084-14-T-0093, PROCUREMENT OF AMBULANCES FOR YOKOSUKA AND OKINAWA Planned Due Date: 08 September 2014 Procurement: Ambulances Requirement warranty service: in Japan Delivery requirements: FOB destination, refer to each CLIN below Planned RFP Issue Date: 06 August 2014 This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 423110. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is the purchase of ambulances for Naval Hospital Yokosuka and Okinawa. CLIN 0001: Truck, Van, Ambulance Conversion, 4x2, right hand drive, gasoline engine driven and dual type air conditioners. Quantity: Two (2) each. Delivery: within 240 calendar days after date of contract award Delivery Location: Commanding Officer, Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan CLIN 0002: Ambulance, Bus conversion, left side swing type auto door and double rear swing out doors, 4X2, right hand drive and air conditioner. Quantity: One (1) each Delivery: 120 calendar days after date of contract award Delivery Location: Commanding Officer, Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan CLIN 0003: Truck, Van, Ambulance Conversion, 4X2, right hand drive, gasoline engine driven, dual type air conditioners. Quantity: Two (2) each. Delivery: within 240 calendar days after date of contract award Delivery Location: Commanding Officer, U.S. Naval Hospital Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Building #963, Marked for Code 13 CLIN 0004: Ambulance, Bus conversion, left side auto swing door and double rear swing out doors, 4X2, right hand drive and air conditioner. Quantity: One (1) each Delivery: within 120 calendar days after date of contract award Delivery Location: Commanding Officer, Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan, Bldg# 6018 The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Contractor shall meet at least the minimum requirements, but shall not exceed the maximum requirements of this solicitation.
