- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) International C4I Integration Program Office (PMW 740), intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to ProLogic, Inc., (Cage: 3BZM4), 9400 Innovation Dr., Manassas, VA, 20110 for the following hardware: two (2) Communication Security (COMSEC) Accounting Reporting Distribution Systems (CARDS) Solitaire; an option for two (2) additional CARDS Solitaire; and training and installation services for FMS requirements. The FFP contract is anticipated to have a period of performance of one (1) year for the basic requirement and if the option is exercised, one (1) year from the time the option is exercised. ProLogic is the original designer and sole manufacturer of the CARDS System and CARDS Solitaire and no other current item meets the minimum requirements. The Government intends to award this FFP contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source.
