- This is a commercial single source solicitation notice prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990. The small business size standard is $14M. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to obtain an annual National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) subscription, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. NADCAP is a worldwide cooperative program of major companies designed to manage a cost-effective consensus approach to special process/products and provide continual improvement within the aerospace industry. Performance Review Institute Register (PRI), Warrendale, PA., is the only known source that has developed organized and sponsors NADCAP information and registration. Interested parties may identify their interest capability by contacting the contracting officer identified in this notice. Inspection/Acceptance: F.O.B Destination. Price will include base year plus four (4) optional years. Period of Performance estimated to begin 5 September 2014. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed in the Purchase Specifications may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to James Jaramillo. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted so that they are received at james.jaramillo@us.af.mil no later than response due date and time.
