PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Registration at http://www.SAM.gov (SAM) is required in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. Paper copies of this solicitation are not available. Please see all attachments.
