- The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the 348th Military Police Brigade to be held in Concord, CA. The 348th Military Police Brigade requirement is for sleeping rooms. A Facility Assessment will consist of but not limited to cleanliness, security, amenities, ample parking and in the vicinity of Concord, CA. The lodging facility shall be within a 15 mile radius of Military Ocean Terminal, Concord 410 Norman Avenue, BLDG 607 Concord CA 94520. The period of performance is 14 August 2014 through 03 September 2014. This requirement will be 100% small business set-aside. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 01 August 2014. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO website. If you are interested in solicitation, when solicitation does become available, please submit via email. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
