Description

Project Title: Mental Health Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Building Construction Project Number is: 653-325 The Invitation for Bid Number is: VA260-14-R-0647 The Roseburg VA Medical Center requires the services of a construction contractor to construct the Mental Health Substance Abuse Residential Rehabilitation Building. Work includes, but is not limited to, completely prepare site for building operations, including general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, pneumatic tube system and necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business Concerns. Bids from other than Vet-Biz certified SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. NAICS is 236220 applies and the Size Standard is $33.5 Million. The construction magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Note to bidders: The completion of this project within the required performance period is critical and liquidated damages may be included in this procurement. The government anticipates issuing two notices to proceed (NTP) for this procurement as follows: Phase I - Submittal and Material Gathering period and Phase 2 - Physical Construction. The solicitation package will be available on or about August 15, 2014 and will be posted to this site. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. A public bid open will be a the Network Contracting Office, 1495 Wilmington Drive, Suite 360, DuPont, WA 98327 on the date and time stated in Block 13A of the Standard Form 1442, Solicitation, Offer and Award.
