- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey, Geologic Hazards Team has a requirement for renewal of Matlab licenses. The USGS is looking for renewal of the following Matlab products: MATLAB Reinstatement, MATLAB Maintenance, Signal Processing Toolbox Maintenance, Mapping Toolbox Maintenance, Statistics Toolbox Maintenance, Organization Toolbox Maintenance, Parallel Computing Toolbox Maintenance, Image Processing Toolbox Maintenance, Curve Fitting Toolbox Maintenance, Control System Toolbox Maintenance, and MATLAB Complier Maintenance. Based on information available at this time, and in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253, implemented by FAR 6.302-1, the government considers the item specified as a sole source from The Mathworks Inc, 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760 and proposes to negotiate with that firm on that basis. However, should additional sources be identified, they will be considered. Firms who feel that they can furnish the required services are invited to submit in writing an affirmative response to this announcement, and such other materials which correspond to the required items stated herein. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Affirmative response shall be received by email to mhutchison@usgs.gov by August 14, 2014 by 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. This notice may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement.
