Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Arobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com <http://www.adobe.com>. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The RFP-solicitation issue date 08/15/2014 and respond due date 09/15/2014. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0053911672; suitable for competitive acquisition and set-aside for 100% SDVOSB procurement. Only offers from SDV will be considered. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-14-R-2603, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-00-005-1839, Fairing, Aircraft for 23 each. Government Furnished (Digital) Mylar. Item is Configuration controlled, Critical application and Export Controlled does Applies. Item is in accordance with Basic DWG NR 82918 35-30063 dtd 01/13/2013 Parts Number 35-30063-501 requirements. The need arrival date (NAD) is 08/21/2014; with an estimated award date (EAD) on 10/15/2014. Based on the NAD-EAD the time yields a number less than 60 days, therefore, for reliable delivery the acquisition specialist utilized a 25% reduction of the historical PLT (350 days) for delivery objective at 260 days for production of 23 each; A Government FAT Testing required on 1 each at 90 days after received order with 90 days for Government Test/Evaluation requirement for 440 Days total. Production to be delivers at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are authorized for this purchase. Reverse Auction will be conducted for final proposal revision and price validity; IAW DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 /L15C11
