- Attch 5, Dormitory Drawing Attch 2, Pricing Spreadsheet Attch 1, Statement of Need Attch 4, Delivery Schedule Attch 3, Clauses Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is JBKAAC-14-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 and DFARS change notice 20140721. This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for a small business concern. Only quotes submitted by a small business concern will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. This NAICS code is 337127 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is a requirement for Dorm Room Furniture (including Installation).
