Description

The Service Area Office (SAO) West Network Contracting Office (NCO) 18, El Paso, Texas intends to award a firm fixed-price, sole source contract to Pharmacyclics, Inc., for the purchase of an Imbruvica (Ibrutinib) 140 mg; 1 bottle of 90 capsules, NDC # 57962-140-09, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency.
