Blvd., GE 466 New Orleans, LA 70133 The Government intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed-price (FFP) acquisition with SeaBotix.This non-competitive action is being issued by the Acquisition Services Directorate under the authority of the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on the behalf of the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE). This action is being processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and solicited in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Description: The Contractor shall provide a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) vLBV300 that has the following characteristics, as the model vLBV300 system: 300 meter (l,OOOft) depth rated Vectored Little Benthic Vehicle System Vehicle weight less than 50 pounds; Six (6) brushless DC thrusters; four (4) are manually adjustable vectored thrusters; Power supply and upgraded controls and console with integrated Windows 7 computer and upgraded hard drive to minimum of 760GB; Copper core umbilicals: 350m and 150m, with reels; Standard definition color camera in front; standard definition color camera in rear; High definition color camera with optical zoom, high resolution still photo capability, green laser scalers, and maximum upgraded data storage to minimum of 192GB; Two (2) three-jaw grabber assemblies plus grabber attachment kit; External lighting 4-head assembly; plus single head assembly for rear camera; Konsberg scanning sonar with software; extra cable for use with Tritech Micron sonar; Integrated ARIS imaging sonar with pitch and roll integration skid and software; Tritech Micron USBL (ultra short base line acoustic positioning); Tritech Micron Echosounder; Spares kit with thruster, 8-port electronics bottle, joystick, seal kit; Some interchangeable parts with an existing BSEE system, Seabotix LBV300S6; and Various cases, accessories, components, tools, and upgrades as specified in quote. 3 Year Warranty The period of performance for this effort is 180 days from date of award.
