Description

Mandatory Pricing Worksheet Task Order 1 Base IDIQ Statement of Work SF 1449 The objective of this contract is to set up a flexible ordering instrument under which FDA can place orders for the harmonization of various datasets, the creation of supporting documentation for the harmonized datasets, the development of a data dissemination tool to access the harmonized dataset and the supporting documentation, and to host and maintain the data dissemination tool. FDA anticipates issuing a single award ID/IQ contract with a ceiling of $20M that allows for the issuance of firm-fixed-price, labor hour and time and materials task orders. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12, 15 and 16.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number is FDA-223-SOL-00125. The NAICS code is 519190, All Other Information Services.
