- Technical Data Package request. Interested vendors requesting access to the Draft BMD MSS PWS must download, complete, sign, and return by email to the Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist identified in the announcement. This announcement is amended to include the following language: A draft Performance Work Statement is being made available to interested vendors for review, comments, questions, and recommendations. To request explicit access to the draft documents, please perform the following steps: 1. Download, complete, sign, and return by email the attached Technical Data Package request 2. Logged into FBO and navigate to the solicitation (W91260-14-R-FI01) 3. Click on the "explicit access" button 4. Interested party will receive an email notification once the request is approved or rejected. In order to address any of the comments, questions, and recommendations received, please submit them to the Contracting Officer, Sven B. (Brian) Gaines at sven.b.gaines.civ@mail.mil or Contract Specialist Virginia (Gina) Garcia at virginia.garcia35.civ@mail.mil not later than 4:00 PM mountain time on Thursday 7 August 2014. The Government will attempt to answer questions not received by 7 August 2014 during the Industry Day question & answer session; however, questions must be submitted in writing and in person during Industry Day at Fort Greely. All questions and answers received will be published to the FedBizOps website as a subsequent amendment. As a reminder, registration for the 12 August 2014 Industry Day must be received not later than Monday, 4 August 2014 by 4:00 PM mountain time.
