THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA786-14-R-0276 for the following: The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, parts, materials, transportation, labor, management, and supervision necessary for Gravesite Restoration to include but not limited to "Raise, Realign, Re-set onto a marker grid system, clean markers, markers. Backfill Replacement with select fill and amended topsoil,Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA 92518. The contract performance period is one hundred and eighty days (180) from date of receipt of award. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 812220. Size standard is $20.5 million. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about August 4, 2014.
