- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F6T0HQ4206AW03 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, 25 July 2014 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20140731. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 337122 with the number of employees not to exceed 500. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: Glass Furniture Surface Protection. Installation is also required. *Furniture requiring glass surface: 2 x L-shaped desks 2 x Pedestal style desks 1 x U-shaped desk 1 x U-shaped desk w/rounded opening 1 x Conference room table 3 x Credenzas 1 x Bookshelf *Glass is required to be 3/16 quote mark thick. Price Total $__________________ **A site visit by interested vendors will be necessary. Site visit will take place on 7 August 2014, at 10:00am Pacific Time.
