- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Guard Bureau (NGB) is seeking external expertise possessing the requisite technical skills, knowledge, education, and abilities to provide services to NGB Joint Staff's Joint Exercise Program (JEP), Chairman's Exercise Program (CEP), and National Exercise Program Capstone Exercise (NEPCE). THIS COMBINE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS A SET-ASIDE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERANS OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS ONLY. Solicitation Number: W9133L-14-R-0019 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Response Date: 30 August 2014 Contract Specialist: Ronnie L. Ebron, E-Mail: Ronnie.l.ebron.ctr@mail.mil Primary NACIS Code: 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. The size standard is $10,000,000.00. IAW FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Aug 2013). Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Place of Performance: The location of the work is at National Guard Bureau, Arlington Hall-2, and 111 S. George Mason Drive, Arlington, VA 22204. Brief Description: This requirement is for a contractor to conduct strategic-level analysis of National Guard domestic operations post-response lessons learned data in order to identify trends, weaknesses, and deficiencies, provide helpdesk services to NGB and JFHQs-State, conduct Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) assistance visits, and provide senior clerical support.
