Request For Proposal 14-18 NEA Message Testing August 1, 2014 Reference: NEA Message Testing Subject: Request For Proposal (RFP) 14-18 Dear Prospective Offeror: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 6. The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) invites contractors to submit proposals for the services described in the attached statement of work and request for proposal (RFP). Enclosed you will find a statement of work/solicitation seeking proposals to conduct message testing for the agency. QUESTIONS DEADLINE : Questions concerning this proposal must be submitted only via email to chaudhryu@arts.gov by 5:00 PM EST Wednesday, August 13, 2014. PROPOSALS DEADLINE : Proposals must be submitted only via email to chaudhryu@arts.gov by 5:00 PM EST Monday, September 1, 2014.
