- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 7 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of the Atlanta VA Medical Center, intends to issue a Request for Quote for qualified Small Businesses to furnish a "Brand Name or Equal" of Portable Reverse Osmosis Machines and Carbon Block Filtration System. Responses to this notice will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this pre-solicitation notice. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation (VA247-14-Q-1275) for this requirement on or about August 4, 2014. The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov. Interested Contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, as no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to Contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
