Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only acknowledgment and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Dayton VAMC is committed to serving over 38,000 Veterans in 16 counties across southwestern Ohio. In order to reach Veterans effectively and inform them of their benefits and the programs offered by the Dayton VA Medical Center, we must launch a broad multi-media campaign covering radio, television, and web-based communication. The recurring nature of some of the ads will allow us to continue to educate Veterans on how to receive the healthcare they have earned. The contract duration is for twelve (12) months. This requirement is unrestricted-insufficient small business for commercial items under the North Atlantic Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 54184004.
