- Youth Ministry Director, MCB-Butler This is a combine/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business-set aside. Therefore any responsible source may submit a quote. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, therefore, quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-14-T-0174 applies and is a Request of Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The FSC code is S10 and the NAICS Code is 923110 This Procurement constitutes items: 0001: Youth Ministry Director 1001: Youth Ministry Director 2001: Youth Ministry Director 3001: Youth Ministry Director 4001: Youth Ministry Director with one base and four (4) year option periods. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. Responsible quoter's must be active in the System Award of Management in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 ALT A (May 2013) and DFARS 252.232-7006 (Jun 2012) for Wide Are Workflow, payment instructions. All and any communication/questions pertaining this RFQ must be submitted in written to the responsible Point of Contact no later than August 15th, 2014 at 12:00pm JST to SUSANA.SUBER@USMC.MIL Quoters shall submit their response to this RFQ NO LATER THAN 11:30 am JST on 22 August 2014 via: •1.
