- The USFWS is actively seeking qualified Contractors to replace and install new fence on Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Ruby Valley, NV. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. A pre-bid site visit is not scheduled.
