- TITLE: 1680; WIRING HARNESS, AIRCRAFT; WSIC: F PR: 0053303674, ISSUE DATE: 20JUN2013; CLOSING DATE: 22JUL2013 NSN: 1680-01-538-7706; PR: 0053303674; Item: Wiring Harness, Aircraft; P/N: 10062293. The item intended source is General Dynamics-OTS, Inc. (CAGE 05606). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to General Dynamics-OTS, Inc. (CAGE 05606). Any manufacturer, other than General Dynamics, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 50 each. This item is subject to Configuration Control and Export Control. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Hill AFB, UT 84056-5734. Production delivery will be 205 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 20 August 2014 with a closing date of 19 September 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
