- STATEMENT OFWORK YUMA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) A/V BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. MEET OR EXCEED. DESCRIPTION: The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) has a requirement to purchase Audio / Video equipment and infrastructure for the YUMA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) project. SAVAHCS has provided stub out for all locations indicated on attached drawing, except where noted. The integrator shall comply with all of the standards listed in Appendix A MATERIAL AND INSTALLATION: SAVAHCS will purchase from an integrator the labor and materials necessary to install, firestop, terminate, and label all equipment and horizontal cable for the following: 1.Patient Education Conference Room #113A 1.1. The integrator shall provide the labor, materials, and tools needed to install the following: 1.1.1. One 70" LED TV (LC-70LE735U or equivalent), mounted wall. HDMI, VGA, composite video and audio inputs shall be extended to a wall plate under the television at 42" above floor (like Kramer WP-230-GRAY or equivalent). 1.1.2. The TV external audio jack shall be connected to two active / powered ceiling mount speakers (OWI AMP1S61 - or equivalent), impedance matched, if necessary. 2. Mental Health Conference Room #113B 2.1. The integrator shall provide the labor, materials, and tools needed to install the following: 2.1.1. One 70" LED TV (LC-70LE735U or equivalent), mounted wall. HDMI, VGA, composite video and audio inputs shall be extended to a wall plate under the television at 42" above floor (like Kramer WP-230-GRAY or equivalent). 2.1.2. The TV external audio jack shall be connected to two active / powered ceiling mount speakers (OWI AMP1S61 - or equivalent), impedance matched, if necessary. 2.1.3. Room 113A and 113B are separated by a folding wall. If this wall is collapsed and the rooms are combined into one, the video and audio feed from room 113B shall be capable of being manually switched into both displays and all audio. 3. Patient EducationWaiting Area - Room 101 South 3.1. The integrator shall provide the labor, materials, and tools needed to install the following: 3.1.1. One 70" LED TV (LC-70LE735U or equivalent), mounted to ceiling with pole mount. HDMI, VGA, composite video and audio inputs shall be extended to under the reception desk in room 102A as shown on drawing. Active video extenders shall be used on video lines. 3.1.2. A computer will be provided by SAVAHCS and located under counter in Room 102A as shown. Integrator shall connect TV video and audio to this computer. 3.1.3. The TV external audio jack shall be connected to two active / powered ceiling mount speakers (OWI AMP1S61 - or equivalent), impedance matched, if necessary. 4. Patient Education Waiting Area - Room 101 North 4.1. The integrator shall provide the labor, materials, and tools needed to install the following: 4.1.1. One 52" LED TV (LC-52LE640U or equivalent), mounted to ceiling with pole mount. HDMI, VGA, composite video and audio inputs shall be extended to under the reception desk in room 102A as shown on drawing. Active video extenders shall be used on video lines. 4.1.2. One DVD / Blu ray player, (LG BD390 - or equivalent or better) shall be installed under counter in room 102A as shown, and connected to TV as shown. 4.1.3. The TV external audio jack shall be connected to two active / powered ceiling mount speakers (OWI AMP1S61 - or equivalent), impedance matched, if necessary. APPENDIX A: 5. The integrator shall comply with all of the following: 5.1. ANSI/EIA/TIA 568-B (Commercial Building Telecommunications Standard) 5.2. ANSI/EIA/TIA 569-A (Commercial Building Standards for Telecommunications Pathways and Spaces) 5.3. ANSI/EIA/TIA 606-A (Administration Standard for the Telecommunications Infrastructure of Commercial Buildings) 5.4. ANSI/EIA/TIA-607 (Grounding and Bonding Requirements for Telecommunications in commercial Buildings)
