Attachment 3- Evaluation Tables Attachment 2- Past Performance References Attachment 1- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) HC1028-14-T-0176- solicitation document to include supporting documents The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is seeking proposals in support of a humidification system upgrade at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Enterprise Services Directorate (ESD), Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC), Oklahoma facility. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined by the attached solicitation and supporting documentation. this requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American industry classification system (NAICS) code is 333415; for the purposes of this requirement the small business size standard is 750 employees. The period of performance for this requirement is 235 days from the date of award. A site visit will be offered on Thursday, August 14; it is highly suggested that offerors attend this visit, however attendance is not a requirement of the solicitation. The attached documents should be consulted for additional site visit information. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail by 1400 CST on Friday, August 15, 2014. The government cannot guarantee the response to any question received after this time. Proposals shall be submitted electronically, via e-mail, by 1400 CST on Thursday, September 4, 2014. Questions and proposals shall be submitted to Kali Clement at kali.r.clement.civ@mail.mil.
