- Site Visit Meeting Minutes (Updated) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-14-Q-0338 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75, Defense Circular Number 20140624, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2014-0421. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 811310 with a size standard $7.0 Million or under. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) IAW the attached PWS and TO 35-1-3, Corrosion Prevention and Control, Cleaning, Painting, and Marking of USAF Support Equipment: CLIN 0001 - 4 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting B1 Stand CLIN 0002 - 1 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting B4 Stand CLIN 0003 - 1 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting RMJ1 (Hydraulic Test Stand) CLIN 0004 - 5 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting RFL1 (Flood Light) CLIN 0005 - 4 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting RDH1 (Heater) CLIN 0006 - 1 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting RLB1 (Load Bank) CLIN 0007 - 1 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting C1 Stand CLIN 0008 - 1 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting BOW1 (Bowsers) CLIN 0009 - 3 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting HYD1 (Hydraulic Cart) CLIN 0010 - 3 Ea. - Blasting and/or sanding and repainting RDG1 (Generators) There will be a recommended site visit on Tuesday, 22 July 2014, 9:00 AM Arizona Local Time. It is highly encouraged for potential bidders to attend site visit so any site conditions that may affect the bid can be identified. All contractors attending the site visit will meet at the DMAFB visitors center at the Swan Gate located at the intersection of Swan Road and Golf Links Road at 8:30 AM Arizona Local Time. To attend the site visit, please send the name of the people attending to Daniel Hughes, daniel.hughes.15@us.af.mil, and, Mr. Drew Fairchild, andrew.fairchild.1@us.af.mil, no later than 18 July, 2014 at 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time.
