- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) plans to solicit and extend for one year, a contract with File On Q on a sole-source basis under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. The purpose of the Acquisition is to obtain FileOnQ Licensing, maintenance and support, and enhancements to the currently deployed, proprietary FileOnQ system.
