Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office has a requirement for Armored Car Services for the Marion VA Medical Center, Evansville Health Care Center. The Evansville Health Care Center is located at 6211 East Waterford Blvd., Evansville, In.47715. Contractor shall provide armored car pickup and delivery of cash. Contract will be for a 12 month period plus four (4) option years, estimated to begin October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 561613(Armored Car Services) and the size standard is $20.5 million. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461 as codified in 38 U.S.C. 8127 (d), this acquisition is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). SDVOSBs shall be registered as a SDVOSB at www.vetbiz.gov prior to being considered for award. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL: https://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available, and no telephone requests for paper copies of the solicitation will be accepted. Interested contractors are advised to continuously check this URL for any changes to this solicitation. The solicitation number is VA-255-14-Q -1555.
