This new solicitation, SB1341-14-RP-0062, contains updated proposal instructions and evaluation criteria. Please carefully read the ENTIRE solicitation document including ALL of the attachments. All offerors who submitted offers under SB1341-14-RP-0053 are highly encouraged to submit offers for this new solicitation. *** This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. You MUST be registered in SAM as a small business under the NAICS code assigned to this solicitation in order to be eligible for award. The standard classification NAICS code is 238210, with a small business size standard of $14.0M. All proposals shall be submitted through the FedBizOpps "Bid Module" by the due date and time specified in the FedBizOpps announcement. Email, postal, or hand-delivery submissions will NOT be accepted. The site visit/preproposal conference, as detailed in the solicitation clause 1352.215-70, will be held on August 14th 2014 at 10:00am Eastern time at the NIST Gaithersburg Campus Building 101 Lecture Room A. In order to facilitate conference preparations and be permitted access to the NIST Gaithersburg Campus, it is requested that the Government POC for this site visit, Timothy Karol be contacted at timothy.karol@nist.gov and advised of the following for each person attending. 1.
