- This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-10-g-a755 with Flanders Electric Motor Service Inc. Evansville, IN and serves as the pre-solicitation synthesis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUP WSS for the period of 28 OCT 2014 through 27 OCT 2015 for the evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Navy Weapons Systems manufactured and repaired by Flanders Electric Motor Service Inc. The major item to be repaired is: &HH 6105-21-914-1644 M2m Armature Assembly, p/n 4002B1369CJ. However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential repairable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304©(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to complete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NACICP solicitation language identified as LA27N, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
