- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Phoenix Delineated Area: North: Van Buren Street South: Jackson Street East: Central Avenue West: 8 th Avenue Must be located within four blocks of the Sandra Day O'Connor Courthouse located at 401 W. Washington Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 59,354 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 65,289 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Per City Code Parking Spaces (Surface): Per City Code Parking Spaces (Structured): Per City Code Parking Spaces (Reserved): 29 for official GOV vehicles Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: •· A minimum of two floors must be vertically contiguous •· Energy Star Compliant Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
