Description
Rental of a mobile quote mark Live Fire quote mark Hazardous Material training simulator, providing realistic scenarios for firefighting training on hazardous material response. This trainer with all associated accessories must be maneuverable. It must completely meet the below requirements based upon the factor that IMCOM Europe fire fighters need to get trained in accordance to NFPA 472 and NFPA 1001 standard. Training is important to allow joint response with HN responders and to train Fire Fighters in compliance with regulations. It must consist of the following features: -Integrated and remote control usable electronic control system. -Propane operated system with integrated 2 x 33 kg and 4 x 11 kg propane bottles. -Valve live fire simulator with good fire dynamic. -Acetylene gas bottle live fire simulator. -Different hazardous material barrels with live fire simulator. -Live Fire simulator wall mock up. -Live Fire quote mark person quote mark mock up. -Industrial type chemical distribution system including at least two (2) DN 100 and two (2) DN 50 pipes with different leaking valves, flanges, pipes welded and screwed connections. -Training liquids have to be colored to simulate a chemical substance. All liquids need to be 100% harmless to the environment. The trainer must provide the opportunity to set up realistic training scenarios where the IMCOM Euro Fire Fighting Training Center trains Region Fire Fighters in Hazardous Material response. The trainer must provide the capabilities for practical proficiency training set up in accordance to the DOD quote mark Hazardous Material Technician quote mark requirements. This includes working under quote mark Level A quote mark chemical suits, performing leak sealing work with leak sealing equipment and sealing plugs, shut off of leaking valves, extinguishing of hazardous cargo. Shut off of a burning valve must also be possible. Also the training opportunity to identify risks and to proceed with adequate tactics and technique as well as to train coordinated withdrawal must be provided with the trainer.
