- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Laboratory Analysis of Agricultural Soil for Inorganic Parameters. Reclamation contemplates awarding to the Orfferors that provide the Best Value to the Government, for a five (5) year period. The Laboratory Testing Services consists of various types of tests, which can be found on the pricing schedule. The Contractor shall provide all technical information requested per this solicitation. This requirement is being advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 541380 with a small business size standard of $14 million. Solicitation R14PS00725 will be posted to Fed Connect at www.fedconnent.net and FedBizOpps at www.fbo.go on or about August 7, 2014. The date for receipt of quotations will be August 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to kfleming@usbr.gov. No quotations will be accepted through the Fed Connect web site. The complete solicitation with all attachments may be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of the solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
