- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation FY14-018 Camp Shorabak Electrical Supplies This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912BU-14-R-0033 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The Government contemplates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price commercial contract. The Government intends to make an award without discussions. Therefore, proposals shall reflect the best and final offer. Evaluation of Offers. Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest price proposal that: is a reasonable total price; includes pricing or quote mark no charge quote mark for each CLIN; and complies with the attached scope of work, including the delivery terms.
