- NSN 3120-01-213-8929; BUSHING, SLEEVE; Unrestricted Acquisition; Other Than Full and Open Competition. The approved manufacturing sources are: TRI-MACK PLASTICS MANUFACTURING, (CAGE 60402) part number 9997M59P02, and GENERAL ELECTRIC (CAGE 07482), P/N 9997M59P02. This solicitation is being solicited in accordance with FAR PART 12, Commercial Practices. The solicitation is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Definite Purchase Order (bilateral), three year base plus one option term of two years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with an estimated annual demand of 1,129 pieces (See solicitation for additional details); Item is a Critical Application; Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Configuration Control; Requested Delivery is 90 days ARO. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF).
