CREDIT RELEASE FORM PAST PERFORMANCE FORM ACH ENROLLMENT FORM SPECIFICATION SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313210, Broadwoven Fabric Mills. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size is 1000 employees. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a 2-year base with two 1-year option periods, firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the following commercial item(s): Nylon Cloth in accordance with A-A-55112A. SOLICITATION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. ITEMS FURNISHED UNDER A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE MUST BE MADE IN THE U.S.A.
