Description

AG-0398-S-14-0015 Project Title: Gallatin National Forest - Reserve Canopy & Reserve Canopy Deployment Systems This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Forest Service to award a sole source contract to Airborne Systems North America of NJ, Inc., 5800 Magnolia Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ 08109 for the purchase of 36 MT1S Reserve Parachutes and 46 MT1S Reserve Parachute Deployment Systems to be used by the West Yellowstone Interagency Fire Center. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the sole source authority used for this purchase is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The requiring activity for this purchase is the Gallatin National Forest, West Yellowstone Interagency Fire Center, located in West Yellowstone, MT. This is not a Request for Quotations.
