Description

VA Albany seeking Service Disabled Veteran, Veteran Owned Small Business, and Small Business contractor to provide Radiopharmaceuticals. The Department of Veterans Affairs Stratton VA Medical Center has a requirement for radiopharmaceutical products on a unit dose basis, or otherwise specified, pre-drawn into a syringe, calibrated and delivered to the VA on date and time specified when the ordered is placed. Delivery must be accomplished in two hours or less. Contractor will provide for the placement of one or more telephone delivery order (s) for items listed herein 24 hours per day, seven days a week, including holidays. Contractor must be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and be regularly established in the business of providing radiopharmaceuticals for at least three (3) years. Contractor will use non-HEU derived isotopes whenever possible to support the Department of Veterans Affairs procurement initiative. The anticipated contract will be for a minimum of 1 year, at Firm Fixed Prices. The facility location is 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York 12208. The NAICS code is 325412, and the size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation package can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link http://www.FBO.gov. Response to this announcement shall determine if sufficient competition exists to set aside procurement for Service Disabled Veteran Operated Small Business, Small Veteran Owned Business, or other Small Business Set-Aside Categories or Small Business. Please include with your response, a copy of your NRC license. Vendors doing business with the Government shall be registered in SAM https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and include the Online Certifications and Representations System at the previous website. Vendors claiming Veteran Owned Business status must be registered and verified at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ if a Veteran Owned Business.
