- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis for the following: 5 EACH, DEVCRAFT COMPLETE DEVELOPER LICENSE WITH SUBSCRIPTION AND PRIORITY SUPPORT The basis for the sole source from Telerik, Inc., 201 Jones Rd, 1st Floor, Waltham, MA 02451, is the sole manufacture for the above equipment. Telerik is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the proprietary software. The requested software subscription licenses and support packages are manufactured and distributed solely by Telerik, Inc. and does not have any authorized resellers capable of providing the required equipment to government. Solicitation number N00178-14-P-4867 is anticipated to be issued by 7 August 2014. The Government reserves the right to award on an all or none basis. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated with an award date on or before 19 September 2014. Interested parties shall contact the Contract Specialist at (540) 653-7808 or Samara.Hasberry@navy.mil.
