Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number VA256-14-Q-1318 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses under NAICS code 721110 and small business size standard $32.5 Million. Contract Line Item 0001; Temporary Lodging for Veteran Patients; 4091 Rooms (Estimate - based on average of 680 rooms per month) Description of requirements: Temporary lodging, breakfast and transportation for eligible veteran patients of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in accordance with attached work statement. Lodging is required 10/1/14 through 3/31/15 at Contractor's facility which shall be located within a 6-mile radius of CAVHS' Little Rock and North Little Rock facilities. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies. See attached for specific evaluation criteria. Offerors are required to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See the attached document for additional FAR clauses applicable to the acquisition. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply.
