Description

Revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) amendment 0005 Revised Pricing Matrix dated 11 Aug 14 (amendment 0005) Amendment 0005 Amendment 0005 is posted and attached. This amendment incorporates the revised Price Matrix dated 11 Aug 14 (amendment 0005) and adds additional PWS language for the Disposal Fees items/requirements (see revised paragraph 1.2.4.13 of the attached revised PWS). It also adds FAR clause 52.216-2 and revises language in FAR Clause 52.217-9. All offerors must submit a signed copy of all amendments with their proposals. Offerors that have already submitted proposals shall only submit a signed copy of the amendment with a completed copy of the revised pricing matrix dated 11 Aug 14 (amendment 0005) via email or hardcopy prior to the current response date/time.
