- SEE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The FAR clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-76 are incorporated. The NAICS code is 339112, with a small business size of 500 employees. Vendors must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is on behalf of The Naval Postgraduate Dental School.
