The load port is Raot Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, and the discharge ports are Diego Garcia, BIOT and Guam. The laydays commence 29 August 2014 and cancel 01 September 2014. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
