- New Wall New Lighting New Electrical B1654 New Construction Submittals Register Wage Determination (WD) Statement of Work (SOW) dated 6 May 2014 All questions should be directed to ronald.pyles.1@us.af.mil No telephone inquires. B1654 Wing Conference Room Renovation GENERAL. The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of a single, firm fixed-price contract for construction. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those current through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-74, Effective 01 Jul 2014 and DFARS (DPN) 20140624 Edition. SET ASIDE: This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part. 19.5 -- under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $36,500,000. STATUS OF FUNDING. Currently UNFUNDED. BID SCHEDULE: Solicitation is for a contractor to provide all design, equipment, material, and labor required to renovate the Conference Room in B1654 in accordance with government provided Statement of Work (SOW) dated 6 May 2014. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: $25,000 to $100,000 PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Approx. 60 days from Issuance of Notice to Proceed, plus any authorized delay days. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: See Section L & M of SF1442 REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS: 1. NET Price 2. Technical - Contractors Scope of Work 3. Three (3) References for recent work. Include point of contact name, company name and phone number(s) EVALUATION: In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a) (2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Submissions will be evaluated IAW FAR 13.106-2 & FAR 15.101-2. The lowest price proposal will be reviewed for Technical Acceptability first. Technical Acceptability shall be based on conformance to the requirements detailed in the SOW. If found technically acceptable, no further reviews will be conducted. If not found acceptable, the next lowest priced submittal shall be evaluated. OTHER: Prior to award, registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) must be current. SITE VISIT: A site visit is highly recommended and scheduled for 15 Aug 2014 @ 0900 Central time. Contractors interested in attending shall meet at Bldg B1654, Wing Conference Room.
