Description

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to award a contract for the development of the TCTS Inc II System. Specific TCTS Inc II capabilities required include a data link, a cross domain solution (CDS), Type 1 NSA encryption, Multiple Independent Levels of Security capable of providing four simultaneous levels of encryption (Unclassified to Top Secret), and a PS host computer operating system and architecture. (a)NAWCTSD is hosting a meeting with industry at NAS, Patuxent River, MD on 28 August 2014 in support of the TCTS Inc II effort. The purpose of this meeting is to provide industry with an opportunity to learn about TCTS Inc II system requirements, as well as provide an opportunity for industry to ask questions with regards to the DRAFT Specification. All prospective offerors are urged to attend the meeting. However, each company is restricted to three (3) attendees. The Government is not responsible for, nor will the Government pay, any portion of the costs associated with attendance at the meeting by prospective contractor personnel. (b)This will be an unclassified meeting. Security clearances are not required to attend the meeting. In order to attend, each prospective offeror shall submit a request to attend to the point of contact identified below. A Base Access Request form will be provided upon receipt of the request. The Base Access Request form will need to be completed and returned in order to attend the meeting. Visit Requests (completed Base Access Request forms) are due by 1600 on 15 August 2014. The Government may not be able to honor any requests received after 15 August. All Visit requests should be addressed to: Jana McEntegart Office: (407) 380-4997 Jana.McEntegart@navy.mil (c) For a copy of the draft performance specification, a �Receipt of Information and Contractor Acknowledgement TCTS II � must be completed and returned to the point of contact above. This �Receipt of Information and Contractor Acknowledgement TCTS II � form will be provided upon receipt of the request to attend, in addition to the Base Access Request form. Material contained herein is based on the most current information available at the time of publication, is subject to revision, and is not binding upon the Government. Availability of any formal solicitation will be announced under a separate announcement via the Federal Business Opportunities portal. The Government requests that all questions be submitted in writing in advance to Jana McEntegart no later than 1600 on 15 August 2014. The Government will endeavor to answer as many of the questions received as possible during the meeting. The Government will provide a consolidated list of questions and responses to the attendees to answer any questions that cannot be addressed in the time constraints at the meeting. The Government will not provide responses to questions with regards to acquisition strategy or budget. The Government will not be hosting private meetings with prospective offerors in conjunction with the meeting. (d) The event will start at 0830 on Thursday 28 Aug, 2014 in BLD 2855, Room 135 at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Directions will be provided at a later date. (e)Dress is business casual. No audio recording devices of any kind will be permitted.
