- The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase a paid sponsorship with the Ontario Reign for recruitment purposes. The Government intends to award a contract to the Ontario Reign, on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract will be awarded as a base year with four option years. This is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72, effective 30 January 2014. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541850. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $14 million. The Ontario Reign are considered to be sole source for this requirement due to their expertise and visibility.
