- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a request for quotation. Submit offers on NIH-OLAO-OD5-RFQ3443763. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-74 and 75 effective July 1, 2014. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and not a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 333314 and the small business size standard is 500.
